Has a smoky, peppery, black cherry and dried herb aromas. The entry is fresh with bright acidity and supple, lightly tannic palate with a whack of cherry jam, coffee, tobacco and licorice flavours. With this Barbera, dishes such as roast lamb or steak tartare will be a perfect fit. It should also ago well for another two years in the bottle.
