Layer Cake Shiraz

Smoky and sweaty on the nose, with dark chocolate, cocoa bean, leather, plum and a bit of heat (14.9% alcohol). Big and full on the palate, with blocky tannins, plenty of coffee and bitter black fruits. Good for big meat dishes and big crowds.
