Averill Creek Pinot Gris

This wine has spent 11 months in old French barriques. It is pale gold in colour with a powerful nose redolent of fruit, citrus, green apple and tropical flavours with overtones of toasty oak and vanilla. the wine has a full fruity entry with complex minerality in the middle palate and a long clean acidic finish.
