 Stag's Hollow Con-fusion 2009

A wicked blend of Gewurztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Viognier and Muscat.  This wine has a subtle sweetness and beautiful notes on the nose of peach blossoms, lychee and honeysuckle.  Enjoy this wine chilled with a plate of savory cheeses or simply on it's own.  :D

 Jonathan Sez:

 Highland Park 12yr

Take your time to appreciate the nose of Highland Park 12 and you’ll discover the characteristic honey sweetness followed by fruit – maybe pineapple, apple or pear. On the palate it is drying and leaves a gentle smokey feeling and a flavour that just keeps on going

Charla Sez:

Mt Boucherie Gamay Noir

Light bodied and paler than most reds, with vivacious aromas of freshly picked red fruits with a hint of pepper and spice and toasty oak on the finish.

Joe Sez:

 Spier Pinotage

A cross between Pinot Noir and Cinsault,  Pinotage is considered to be one of the classic grapes from South Africa.   Dark Plum in colour, the wine shows cherry, coconut and spice on the nose,  with a hint of fresh leather.  A soft, creamy palate shows juicy cherry, hints of tobacco and american oak-derived flavours, with a dry and lingering finish.  The wine was matured in French and American oak barrels for 6 to 8 months.

Taylor Sez:

 Villa Teresa Organic Prosecco

The nose is bright and fresh with plenty of green apple and pear flavoured fruit with a dusting of almonds.  Similar flavours with a creamy, orange note.  A classic, patio party sipper with an organic twist.  Green never tasted so good!
